SOL2 Compatible VST Effects Plugin Database

All plugins listed refer to 32-bit VST2 versions. They usually require using very old installers, but a select few modern plugins have 32-bit versions.
Only no-glitching-no-crashing plugins are included (scroll to the bottom of the page for a separate list of buggy plugins.)
No bridged plugins are included, only plugins that work directly in SOL2.

Retro SOL2 era Plugins:

Sonalksis SV-517 1.x decent EQ, but perhaps too colored for general use C+
URS Various Old EQ's 1.x good choice for analog hardware emulating EQ's in SOL2 B+
TC Parametric EQ 3 the "loudness" XY joystick is not remembered between sessions, but it's a bug in the plugin itself, not a SOL2 compatibility issue C-
TC Compressor DeEsser 3 unlike SOL2's included vocal plugin, this has a split-band de-esser, which is very useful C+
TC Reverb Plus 3 unbalanced L & R in the stereo field / sounds like crap, but has a bit of lofi digital charm D
TC Various 3 Limiter, Graphic EQ, Filtrator, Destructor, and Sidechainer / all decent, as far as ancient basic digital effects go C-
Sonitus Various 3 comp, delay, EQ, gate, modulation, multiband, phaser, reverb, and wahwah v3 / solid plain-jane tools, except for the awful reverb C-

FREE Retro SOL2 era Plugins:
